Made in America: The Growth of Superior Process Solutions
Cory Pascoe founded Superior Process Solutions (SPS) with a vision of providing top-quality CNC machining and process piping services. A 1999 graduate of Missouri State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Cory began his career at Central States Industrial (CSI) as a product designer and estimator.
In 2006, he launched Superior Process Solutions with just one mill and one lathe, focusing primarily on process piping and sanitary fabrication. However, during the 2008 recession, local customers in the Springfield, Missouri, area expressed a growing need for CNC machining services. SPS adapted quickly to meet these demands. That year, we launched a partnership with Detroit Tool Metal Products.
In 2009, we expanded our services further by working with a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, which also remains a loyal client. By 2010, we moved into our first 10,000-square-foot facility to accommodate growth. Two years later, we began a long-term relationship with Ingersoll Rand, which continues to thrive.
Our company has steadily grown over the years. In 2019, we added Swiss Lathes to our fleet, enhancing our capabilities. In 2021, we expanded our workspace to 19,000 square feet. In 2024, added an additional building, increasing our total space to well over 34,000 square feet.
Today, SPS operates 25 CNC machines, ranging from small production models to advanced y-axis sub-spindle machines, allowing us to serve a diverse range of industries.
